Organizational assessment costs JPY 20,000 per company per implementation; individual assessment costs JPY 3,000 per person. Estimate assessment costs below. All amounts exclude tax.

This estimate assumes one assessment for one organization. Organization-only assessment still requires respondents. Review participation and response-rate conditions below. Interpretation support, training, reassessments and multiple locations are excluded. Confirm a formal quote with KIBI.

Prepare a consultation about implementation

Choose the assessments you need, with payment per implementation.

The guide lists organizational assessment at JPY 20,000 per company per implementation and individual assessment at JPY 3,000 per person. Individual pricing includes matching analysis, which also requires an organizational assessment. There is no setup fee or annual contract.

Confirm conditions and costs separately for repeat assessments, multiple locations, interpretation support and reporting sessions.

From application to receiving results.

  1. Share company name, departments, participant counts and preferred timing.
  2. KIBI registers the company and issues a dedicated assessment URL.
  3. Explain the purpose and information-sharing scope; participants respond on a computer or smartphone.
  4. Collect the required responses for aggregation by KIBI.
  5. View results at a dedicated URL with ID and password.

Participant counts and response requirements.

The guide specifies at least five participants across the organization, a response rate of at least 50% (80% for organizations with ten or fewer people), and at least five responses per department for departmental analysis. A response window of one to two weeks is recommended.

Confirm the treatment of small departments and when aggregation begins based on your participant counts and response status. Delivery timing should also be confirmed when applying.

Using assessments over time.

The guide suggests organizational assessment every six to twelve months and individual reassessment six months after joining or annually. Review changes alongside conversations and actual working conditions.
