MINDMATCH / SERVICE GUIDE

Questions before implementation.

Participation, interpreting results and information sharing.

How long does it take?

MindMatch has 45 five-point questions and takes approximately 15–20 minutes. Computers and smartphones are supported.

Can we use only the organizational assessment?

Either assessment can be used separately. Matching analysis requires both.

Can scores alone determine hiring outcomes?

Use results alongside interviews and workplace observations. Explore factor differences through specific questions rather than judging people by type labels.

How should we explain it to employees?

Explain the purpose, who will see results and how they will be used. Distinguish aggregated culture assessment from uses of individual results in conversations or hiring.

Are individual organizational-survey answers shown to managers?

The guide states that organizational assessment delivers aggregated results without disclosing individual answers. Access to individual assessments and matching differs, so explain these separately before implementation.

Which results can participants see?

Participants can receive their individual type, four-axis summary and factor results. The guide specifies that matching scores and organizational fit are visible only to the company.

Can small companies or departments participate?

The guide allows implementation with at least five participants overall and requires at least five departmental responses for departmental analysis. Confirm small-group treatment with KIBI.

Can we compare against other companies or industry averages?

The guide focuses on comparisons within the company, between departments and against previous results. External benchmarks are described as a future capability.

Can we combine it with existing tests or surveys?

It is intended to complement ability tests and existing surveys. Clarify what each measures and which decisions each result will inform.

Can Simplified results be converted into MindMatch scores?

The guide describes Simplified as 15 questions taking 3–5 minutes and MindMatch as 45 questions taking 15–20 minutes. Their questions and scoring axes differ, so Simplified responses cannot be converted into MindMatch scores.

Can we discuss data retention and deletion?

The guide describes company-specific authenticated URLs and individual consultation on retention and deletion. Confirm purpose, access permissions, retention and deletion procedures before applying.

Is interpretation or reporting support available?

These are available for individual consultation according to the guide. Confirm scope, facilitator, cost and timing separately from assessment fees.

Can we discuss ongoing support after assessment?

Yes. KIBI offers ongoing support and consulting to deepen understanding of MindMatch and support its adoption across an organization. Discuss applying results and sustaining their use internally. Scope, duration and fees are confirmed individually.

Based on the supplied corporate service guide. Confirm implementation conditions and additional support with KIBI when applying.
